Our Services

Comprehensive, person-centered services designed to promote independence, build connections, and empower growth.

Community Living Support

Our Community Living Support services help individuals develop the daily living skills needed to live as independently as possible. We provide hands-on assistance with personal care, household management, budgeting, and social skills in a supportive home environment.

Alternate Family Living (AFL)

Our Alternate Family Living (AFL) services provide individuals with a safe and supportive home environment where they can live with a trained caregiver. This setting promotes independence, stability, and personal growth while ensuring each individual receives personalized care and support.

Supported Employment

We provide comprehensive job readiness training, job placement assistance, and ongoing support to help individuals with IDD secure and maintain meaningful employment. Our team works closely with employers to create inclusive workplace opportunities.

Community Networking

Our Community Networking services help individuals build meaningful relationships and actively participate in their community. We support social engagement, recreational activities, and community involvement to encourage confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging.

Respite Services

We offer temporary care and support for individuals with IDD, providing families and primary caregivers with the opportunity to rest and recharge. Our trained staff ensures continuity of care in a safe and familiar environment.

Community Support and Peer Services (CPSS)

Our Community Support and Peer Services (CPSS) are designed to empower individuals on their journey to recovery, independence, and overall well-being. Through lived experience and structured support, our CPSS team provides guidance, encouragement, and practical tools to help individuals navigate daily challenges and build a meaningful life within their community.

We focus on strengthening life skills, improving decision-making, and promoting self-advocacy. Our services include one-on-one support, personalized goal setting, coping strategies, and connection to valuable community resources.

We meet individuals where they are and walk alongside them as they grow, heal, and thrive. At the heart of CPSS is understanding, trust, and empowerment—because with the right support, every individual can move forward with confidence and purpose.
